Freshly grated cheese and powdered cheeses
Grozette's dried, grated cheese products have undergone a special drying process. This ensures that they have a long shelf life outside the refrigerator. The moisture content of our products ranges between 9% and 29%. This can be adapted to your specifications.
Grated cheeses like Formaggio, Coarse Formaggio, EG50 and Cheese Strings are easy to sprinkle. The packages are filled via automatic dosage systems.
These grated cheeses have a fine structure that is preserved during the cooking process. This makes them ideally suited for use as decoration.
Grozette also offers powdered cheeses without E numbers, vegetarian and low-fat powdered cheeses. Each cheese has its own, characteristic flavour. Powdered cheeses are widely used in the processing industry. For example, as raw material for cheese sauces, as a mix for dough or as a coating.
Processed cheese powder (or spray-dried cheese)
The spray-dried products are made via a so-called spray-drying process. This produces a very fine powder that is processed in cheese sauces, extruded cheese snacks, cream cheese and pasta.
The powder can also be applied to, for example, crisps via the slurry method or sprayed onto warm snacks via the dust-on method.
The cheese sprays are available in different types of cheese and flavours.

Cheddar is a hard cheese that is made from pasteurized cow's milk.
Edam is a semi-hard Dutch cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk.
Goat's cheese is a semi-hard cheese that is made from pasteurized goat's milk.
Mimolette is a semi-hard to hard cheese that is made from pasteurized cow's milk.
Grana Padano is a hard raw milk Italian cheese made from cow's milk with a protect designation of origin.
Parmigiano Reggiano is a hard raw milk Italian cheese made from cow's milk with a protected designation of origin.
Hard Cheeses are made from cow's milk and do not have a protected designation of origin.
Maasdam is a semi-hard cheese that is made from pasteurized cow's milk.
Manchego is a hard Spanish cheese that is made from pasteurized sheep's milk.
Pecorino is an Italian sheep's cheese.
Mozzarella is a semi-soft cheese that is made from pasteurized cow's milk.
Low-fat is a semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. It has a lower fat content than traditional cheese.
Organic cheese is a semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized organic cow's milk.
